If you are not completely satisfied with our standard product, simply return the unapplied vinyl lettering within 30 days of receipt. The product must arrive in good condition without creases. You may then choose to exchange your lettering or receive a refund for your order [less shipping].

Returns – What Is Eligible

Standard premade quotes in standard sizes that have not been applied to the wall are eligible for returns.

Returns – What Is Not Eligible

Returns for already applied product are NOT available. However, if a letter has been damaged during the install process, please e-mail us and we will send you a replacement for just the shipping charge.

Returns for custom lettering which have been designed by the customer on our website are NOT available. Please be sure that you are ordering what you need. We ask that you please measure correctly and accurately before you order.  Please double check the "actual size" you have been given with the space you have available on your wall. Please order a color sample if needed before ordering your custom lettering.

Returns - Procedures
Please email us at sales@writemywalls.com for a RMA # [return materials authorization]. Let us know if you want a replacement or refund.  We will ship your replacement lettering or credit your credit card within 3 - 5 business days of receiving your return. We assure you that we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
